One of the best features of our Luxury Suites is our PetCam system. Our PetCams allow you to login via your smartphone so you can check in on your dog anytime. You and your dog are going to love the comfort and piece of mind these rooms embody.

All lodging reservations come with 3 hours of complimentary group play in our small ratio play groups. Dogs are taken outside for potty breaks 5 times each day or as needed.

- Check out by 1pm or add $29 for late checkout. All dogs must be picked up by end of business or additional charges may apply.
- Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to any stay or deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations for holiday reservations are non-refundable.
- A $25 late drop-off fee will apply for any boarding dogs arriving after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays or after 4:00 p.m. on weekends. Timely drop-offs help us ensure a smooth transition and a calm, comfortable evening for all our guests—thank you for your cooperation!
