Getting Started at City Paws Pet Club
We’re so excited to welcome you and your pup to the City Paws family! Getting started is quick and easy — just follow these simple steps:
1. Create Your Pet Profile
Start by setting up your customer and pet profile through our secure online portal:

This gives us everything we need to know about you and your pet — from contact details to favorite treats.
2. Submit Vaccination Records
For everyone’s safety, all dogs must be current on required vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella) before attending daycare, boarding, or grooming.
You can either:
- Upload vaccination records directly in your profile, or
- Have your vet send them to us — we’re happy to contact them on your behalf!

3. Make Your First Reservation
Once your pet’s profile and vaccinations are verified, you’re all set to book daycare, boarding, training or grooming!
You can make reservations anytime through your online account or by calling your preferred City Paws location.
Before joining daycare, every dog must complete a temperament assessment to ensure they’re comfortable and happy in our group play environment.
Once your pet’s profile and vaccinations are verified, we’ll contact you to schedule your assessment at your preferred location.
