Wow! I can’t say enough great things about City Paws! My dog and I have tried four of the dog daycares in Minneapolis, and hands down, City Paws blows them all away. The team and facilities are all head and shoulders above the rest. The staff are incredibly responsive, caring, and genuinely interested in providing your dog with a safe, rewarding experience. I have a special needs rescue (he’s deaf) and they could not have been more gentle or understanding about working with him. It provides me with so much peace of mind to know he’s been well cared for while I’m at work. On top of that, the facility is five stars. It is easily the cleanest, freshest daycare we’ve found. Frankly, I’m worried my dog is going to start judging MY housekeeping. This was the first time I’ve brought my dog home and he didn’t smell like daycare. The individual attention that the dogs get is mind-boggling. They play one-on-one or small group brain games with the dogs, which is fantastic for my boy’s socialization. My dog loves it because it involves healthy treats and lots of pets. In case you can’t tell, we’re so happy we found City Paws! I really can’t imagine a dog that wouldn’t be happy here.

My Golden Retriever Rylee and I relocated to MPLS from the west coast in 2017. We tried other daycare and boarding options but never felt that Rylee was getting the attention she needed or craved. When City Paws opened it was more than we could have asked for - Rylee and I are so lucky and happy to have this family owned and run business in our neighborhood. The personal attention and training activities Rylee gets while at City Paws every day is second to none. I can relax knowing there is loving oversight, a very clean and fun environment, a fantastic on-site groomer - and for her overnight stays - a wonderful personal suite with DogTV for her and in-suite cameras if I want to check in on her at night while I’m away. Her daily report cards with photos are awesome, even if I’m faced with the fact she’s having so much fun with all her human and canine buddies while I’m at work. The transparency is such a great feature, and the staff is beyond. I have never worried about Rylee for one minute while in the care of the amazing team at City Paws.

My dog loves it at City Paws! And we love bringing her there! Super clean and nice area for the dogs, the staff is extremely friendly, and I feel comfortable dropping her off since I trust everyone that works there. I watch her often on the nice cameras they have installed and she has a constant tail wag and smile on her face. Couldn't be happier with my experience there so far!

We are SO lucky to have City Paws in downtown Minneapolis. My puppy, Canela has been going to daycare there for a few weeks now and I couldn’t me happier. The staff there is fantastic: from co-owner Sitania to Emmy the receptionist to Justin the General Manager. These are people who LOVE dogs and they treat you and your pet like family. When my puppy Canela wasn’t eating well, the Vet Tech on staff immediately identified that she had sore gums and suggested we add water to her food. Her suggestion totally worked and saved us from making a costly trip to the vet. As part of her regular day at City Paws staff have been doing agility training with her, letting her play with puzzles and teaching her social skills. I have an 8 year old black lab and took her to City Paws on their opening day. I was amazed by the comforting environment and the helpful staff. I would recommend City Paws to any owners who want their dogs in a clean and safe place.

I just had City Paws board my dog for 5 days. He loved it and I loved it even more! Great facility, very clean and fun place for dogs to play. I also really like that they send photos of your pet to your phone daily. I was away on a very busy trip and it was nice to have the pictures and not have to look for them. Highly recommend this place.
